Ingredients

  1. 3 spoonspepper
  2. 4dried chillies
  3. 1 handful curry leaves
  4. 1 spooncumin seeds
  5. 5cloves
  6. 3elaichi
  7. 2bay leaves
  8. 1 spoonjeera / cumin seeds
  9. 1 spooncoriander seeds
  10. 5shallots
  11. 5 spoonssesame oil

Cooking Instructions

    Grind it well all the above ingredients.

    In Kadai add sesame oil with curry leaves.

  3. 3

    Add ground masalas and one glass of water.

  4. 4

    Then add prawns and cook well.
