I have a sweet tooth and love all desserts and mithayis .Andrassay i used to crave so much but never found them at most of the mithayi shop and most of them are very hard in some chops ,so i tried to make it myself ......So here i m presenting recipe of Andrassay .....

Steps

In a bowl put self Raising flour, icing sugar,Rice flour,,Samolina Milk,,Cinnamon Powder, dry milk and mix well

Leave it for 25 mins so that sugar gives of water

Knead well and add few drops of milk accordingly to make a dough

Refrigerate it for a while so that it settles down

Moisture your hand with water and make small balls

Roll them in sesame seeds

Heat Oil,test it by dropping a piece of dough,if it is done the dough piece will popup

Turn heat to medium and fry the balls till golden brown

Initially you can fry a test ball so that you get to know how much the size increases after frying and which temperature is suitable

Serve hot....You will love them.
