Firstly grind urad daal.beat it with salt In one direction

Now heat oil in a Kadhai fry this daal like pakodas and make bhalle golden and crispy

Now take water in a pan and add all bhalle in it soak them for 20-25 minutes

Now peel and cut Potato.now Take bhalla and separate their Water
- 5
Now take a plate add bhalla,add dahi,potato,green chutney,red chutney,salt, red chilli powder,cumin powder in it.

Dahi bhalle is ready to serve it
