Ingredients

4 serving
  • 200 gmpaneer
  • 1 tspwhole jeera( cumin seeds)
  • to tastesalt
  • 1medium size onion
  • 3medium size tomato
  • 8-10cashew
  • 8-10 Garlic cloves
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2Green chilli
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspCumin powder
  • 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  • As neededButter
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the onion, ginger, garlic green chilli,cashew. Make puree

  2. 2

    Fry the paneer. Put it in water. So that it get soft.

  3. 3

    Make tomato puree.

  4. 4

    Heat the oil and butter.

  5. 5

    Put onion puree. Saute for 5minutes. Add all dry spices cook for minutes. Add tomato puree cook until oil came out..

  6. 6

    Put little water. Boil it. Put fried paneer cook for 5minutes.
