Uses mixed tinned beans but you could use dehydrated dried beans. Just follow instructions on the packet to prepare them ready. Super quick to prepare and an easy on the go lunch when served with bread soldiers or crackers.

Uses mixed tinned beans but you could use dehydrated dried beans. Just follow instructions on the packet to prepare them ready. Super quick to prepare and an easy on the go lunch when served with bread soldiers or crackers.
Steps

Pit drained beans into a bowl and mash with fork.

Add juice from lemon, garlic and ginger, and a little oil and mix to combine.
- 3
If using coriander, chop roughly and add to mixture with salt and pepper to season and mix.
- 4
Put into ramekins and chill in fridge until ready to serve. Best served with fresh warm bread, flatbread or crackers.
