Ingredients

  • 200 gmnoodles
  • 1sliced onion
  • 1sliced carrot
  • 1sliced cabbage
  • 1sliced capsicum
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 3 tbspsoya sauce
  • 2 tbsptomato ketchup
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 2 tbspcornflour
  • To tasteSalt

    Firstly, in a large vessel take 6 cup water,1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil.once the water comes to a boil place a pack of hakka noodles boil the noodles for 3 minutes or till it turns al dente. refer package instructions to know the exact cooking time. drain off the water from noodles and pour 1 cup of cold water to prevent from further cooking.

    In a pan add oil as oil heats add ginger garlic paste saute it then add onion as it gets soft add all the veggies mix them cook them till they turn soft. Meanwhile as the noodles get cooled remove them in a plate add cornflour and 1tbsp soya sauce add mix it

    As veggies get soft then add remaining soya sauce, tomato ketchup, salt and pepper mix them all together. Then add maginate noodles and mix them

    Cook the noodles for another 2-3min turn off the gas and serve hot.
