2 tsplime juice per banana
1/2 tspcinnamon per banana

Preheat oven to 160oC

Half the banana length-ways, leaving the skin on
3

Line a tray with tinfoil, place banana slices on the tray with exposed banana facing upwards
4

Sprinkle the lime juice and cinnamon over the banana slices evenly
5

Bake uncovered for 20mins
