Paneer makhani

Take a big bowl combine all the marinating ingredients and mix paneer cubes in it.

In a pan put 1/4 of butter add all spices and roughly chopped veggies stir it pour 1/2 glass of water. Boil till it turns soft.

In meantime soak cashewnuts and poppy seed and then grind this for making a fine paste.

Allow to cool boil material then grind and seive this paste.

In a wok put marinated paneer add some butter roast for 5min. Take out.

In same wok add leftover butter and put spice paste cook covered till 5 min at medium low flame then add cashew paste stir and cook for 2 min more then add cream and paneer with leftover marination cook for 2-3min more then add kasoori methi and salt,sugar mix and cook for 1 boil. Paneer mukhani is ready for serve.
