  1. 2 tablespoonKosher Salt
  2. 1 tablespoonBlack Pepper
  3. 1 tablespoonItalian Seasoning
  4. 1 tablespoonOnion Powder
  5. 1 tablespoonGarlic Powder
  6. 1.5 ozLiquid Smoke
  7. Jalapeno Chimi Churri
  8. 2Jalapenos Chopped
  9. 1small onion chopped
  10. 2 CloveGarlic
  11. 1/2 BunchParsley
  12. 1/2 BunchCilantro
  13. 4 ozOlive Oil
  14. PinchKosher Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Mix dry ingredients together and rub the flank steak

  2. 2

    Pour liquid smoke over the steak and let it sit room temperature before cooking. (To cook evenly)

    Place on grill 4 mins on each side to get nice marks. Move to cutting board and let it rest.

    Top with jalapeno chimi churri.

  5. 5

    Jalapeno Chimi Churri: add all ingredients except for 3oz olive oil. Start with 1oz olive oil and pulse. Stream in rest of the olive oil for consistency.
