Heat oil in an oven safe saute pan. Preheat oven to 400°.

Cover steak with just enough oil to cover.

Season flank steak with fresh herbs, onion & garlic powder, ground coriander seed, salt, and pepper.

Place breadcrumbs, melted butter, and remaining dried spices in a small bowl. Mix.

Sear each side on medium heat until you get a nice caramelization. Spread breadcrumbs on top. Bake in the oven until desired doneness is reached. Anywhere from 5-20 minutes, depending on desired doneness.

Briefly place under the broiler to crisp the breadcrumbs if necessary.

Let rest five minutes before slicing very thinly against the grain.
