Sare sabjjio ko half half krle kuch balls k lie or kch gravy k lie.

Half ko greet le or half ko small pieces mai chop krle.

Rice ko boil kre without oil and salt according to taste.

A bowl mai 1 cup boiled rice 1/2 cup maida or greet kri hui sabji dale. Ginger garlic paste salt black pepper or 1tsp oil dal k dough bnaye.

Rice se balls soft bnti h isliye iska use kia gya. Ab choti choti balls bnaye or hot oil m dal k fry kre.

For gravy. A kadai le usm 2 TSP oil dale or sab sabji ko sorte krle

Fr usm 1 tsp soya sauce 1/2 TSP sugar salt according to taste black pepper 2 TSP tomatoes katchup dal k mix kre. Or 1 glass of water dale. Agar apko gravy bdhani h to usk according pani dale.

Ek ubala aane per gravy ko. Thick krn k lie usm ek bowl m 1 tsp corn flour ko pani m ghol k gravy m dal le.

Balls ko gravy m dale Manchurian ready.

Fried rice. Sab sabji ko sorte kre usm boiled sweet corn dal k. Sab masale dale or Rice ko dale
