4 TablespoonsChilli Garlic Sauce
Cheddar Cheese as you like
Mozzarella Cheese as you like
1/2 TeaspoonOregano
1/2 TeaspoonSalt
1/2 TeaspoonBlack Pepper

Cut Potatoes into Fries Shape.

Fry them in the hot oil until they are golden and crispy.

Take them out in a microwave friendly dish.

Sprinkle some salt and black pepper.

Add Chilli Garlic Sauce, Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese.

Sprinkle some oregano.

Microwave until cheese melts.
