Dry roast semolina till it change its colour and transfer it and let it cool for about 5-10min.

After it cools add buttermilk as required to make thick paste and let it rest for 10 min then add onion, capsicum, salt, black pepper mix well.

Take a bread slice apply mint chutney then semolina paste on it and roast from both side with butter and serve.
