Ingredients

  2. 1 2/3 cupsall-purpose flour (about 200 grams)
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoonsbaking powder
  4. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  5. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1 cupchocolate chips (about 200 grams)
  7. 3/4 cupgranulated sugar (about 150 grams)
  8. 2large eggs
  9. 3/4 cupvegetable oil (about 180 grams)

Cooking Instructions

    Mash the bananas and set aside.

    Mix the all-purpose flour with baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Sift and set aside.

    Coat the prepared chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of the sifted flour.

    Beat the sugar and eggs together. Gradually add the sifted flour and pour in the vegetable oil, beating until combined.

    Add the mashed bananas and mix on low speed, being careful not to overmix. Then add the chocolate chips and stir until combined.

    Pour the batter into a baking mold. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15-20 minutes.
