Take pressure cooker heat up oil cook onion untill it's colour.changes to.lite brown. Then add gigner garlic paste and graded coconut to it

Now add sprouts,salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder and oosal masala roast it for 10 minutes on high flame.

Now add water to cover the sprouts.keep the lid and cook for 4 whistle.let the pressure cooker release naturally

Oosal is ready to.serve.
