In a pan add water. Let it boil. Swich off the gas. Put soya chunks in it. Keep it aside for 1 hour

After one hour squeeze soya chunks and put it in mixer grinder. Make paste of it and take it out in a mixing bowl. Add ginger garlic and green chilli paste, salt, red chilli powder, amchur, coriander powder and turmeric powder in it. Add boiled and mashed potatoes and bread crumbs to it. Now make the desired shapes. And keep it aside

Now heat oil in a pan and on the other side make a slurry of maida dip the kebabs in slurry and deep fry in medium flame.
