Reminds me paparoti from Malaysia. Loads of butter. But worthy to eat with coffee. No regrets for cheat meal..
Steps

Measure all ingredients and keep on side. Warm the milk and add yeast and sugar. Keep until it has bubbles.

Mix flour, egg, sugar, salt and milk mixture.

Knead dough for 15 minutes until it's soft. Keep for resting 45 minutes for proofing.

Take bowl mix icing sugar and butter. Seive flour and mix togther. Add egg and blend until. Smooth.

Add coffee and vanilla. Using piping bag to store. Keep in chiller for 2 hr.

Make each ball of 60 gm each. And place in baking tray. Add butter in each ball. Proof for 45 minutes.

Make all the 9 equal balls

Place the balls in baking tray. Keep for 25 minutes

Pipe the icing mixuture on each ball. Bake it for 15 minutes at 180 degree celcius.

Serve warm with coffee or tea.
