Take everything in a bowl and mix. Sprinkle very little water just to coat them.

Add a spoon of hot oil and mix again. Heat a wok with oil and drop the peanuts one by one. If you find it difficult to drop, arrange them one by one in a plate and do it.

Let it cook on a low to medium flame until crisp. The shhh sound of oil should stop and it should not bubble anymore. That's the exact time to take them out. Let it cool and then munch with your evening tea or coffee or while watching a favourite movie 😋
