Patili mein Masoor ki Daal, 2cup paani, lal mirch, jaldi dal ke stove pe jhardha de. Anch halki rakhe aur patili cover karde.

10 se 15 minutes ke baad, chamcha chalai. Paani ki zarorat hoto adha cup aur dal de. Jab adha cup paani reh jai aur Daal gal jai tou namak dal de.

Fry pan mein Ghee garam kar ke piyaas slice ki huwi ko aur bigaar ki mirchi isme fry kar ke bigaar lagale. Garnishing ke lye hara dhania aur hari mirch cut kar ke dale. Ready to serve. Parathe ya chapatti ke sath serve karein. Enjoy!.
