Ingredients

  • 1tomato, quartered
  • 2hard-boiled eggs, quartered
  • 1onion, sliced into rings
  • Black olives
  • 1small cooked potato
  • Green beans, cooked in salted water
  • Lettuce, medium leaves chopped
  • 1 cantuna
  • Vinaigrette base
  • Lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pinchblack pepper
  • 1red and green bell pepper, sliced into rings
  • 1little parsley
  • Pinchgarlic powder

Steps

    Take a round dish and first add chopped green lettuce. Place the quartered tomatoes and hard-boiled eggs on the lettuce leaves, along with the potatoes and onion rings.

    Add the green beans, red bell peppers, tuna in oil, black olives, vinaigrette with lemon and olive oil, salt, a little parsley, a little garlic, and a pinch of black pepper. Serve with grilled chicken and steak.
