Take a round dish and first add chopped green lettuce. Place the quartered tomatoes and hard-boiled eggs on the lettuce leaves, along with the potatoes and onion rings.

Add the green beans, red bell peppers, tuna in oil, black olives, vinaigrette with lemon and olive oil, salt, a little parsley, a little garlic, and a pinch of black pepper. Serve with grilled chicken and steak.
