Steps

Marinate the chicken pieces with hot sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, red chilli flakes, salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste, cornflour 2 tbsp and egg. Let it rest for 2 hours or overnight.

Take a bowl and add cornflour, patent flour and red chilli powder. These are the coating ingredients.

Take a chicken piece and roll it in the dry coating ingredients. Once nicely covered in the dry mixture, deep fry in hot oil on medium flame.

Flip the chicken piece in hot oil after 7 minutes and fry from both sides until you get nice golden colour on both sides.

Keep aside on an absorbent paper and then serve hot❤
