Ingredients

  1. 1 cupCooked rice
  2. 3 tspYogurt
  3. 1 tbsSemolina
  4. 1Onion (cut into small pieces)
  5. 1 tspPeppercorn (crushed)
  6. FewCurry leaves (Chopped)
  7. 1 tbspCoriander leaves
  8. 2-3Green chilli (according to your taste) (chopped)
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. As required Oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the cooked rice, yogurt, semolina, salt in a mixer grinder and grind into a paste.

  2. 2

    Add chopped onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, pepper and mix everything together.

  3. 3

    Keep a deep pan and pour enough oil, take lemon size ball, flatten slightly and make a hole in finger and add it in the oil.

  4. 4

    Turn and cook both sides until golden brown in medium flame.

  5. 5

    Serve this easy made crispy vada with coconut chutney or sambar
