Phir chutney ke lye hara dhanya, podina, onion, tomato, green chilli,imli paste,salt,kuti hui Lal mirch daal kar blander main bland kar lain pani nahi daalna bland ho jaye to bowl main nikal lain.

Phir qeema main green chilli,garam masala,lehsan adrak ka paste, salt, onion,hara dhanya chopped,sub cheezon ko chopper main daal kar chopped kar lain aur seekh kabab jaise shape de dain aur pan main thoda oil daal kar halki aanch par pkne ke lye rakh dain ta ke qeema ka pani dry ho jaye cover kar ke pkayen kabab main light brown colour ajaye to plate main nikal lain
