  5. As required salt

  7. 3 TBLspoon green coriander
  8. As required oil for shallow fry
  9. Parathey
  10. 1 cupmaida
  11. 1 cupgandam ka aata
  12. As required salt
  13. 2 TBLspoon ghee
  14. As required water
  15. Green chutney
  16. 1/2gaddi hara dhanya
  17. 1/2gaddi podina
  18. 4green chilli
  19. 1onion
  20. 1tomato
  21. 1/2 cupimli paste
  22. 1 TBLspoon kuti hui lal Lal mirch
  23. 1 TBLspoon salt

40 minutes maxi
  1. 1

    Sub se pehle parathey ke lye aik thal main maida, gandam ka aata,salt,ghee,aur pani daal kar aata goondh lain

  2. 2

    Phir chutney ke lye hara dhanya, podina, onion, tomato, green chilli,imli paste,salt,kuti hui Lal mirch daal kar blander main bland kar lain pani nahi daalna bland ho jaye to bowl main nikal lain.

    Phir qeema main green chilli,garam masala,lehsan adrak ka paste, salt, onion,hara dhanya chopped,sub cheezon ko chopper main daal kar chopped kar lain aur seekh kabab jaise shape de dain aur pan main thoda oil daal kar halki aanch par pkne ke lye rakh dain ta ke qeema ka pani dry ho jaye cover kar ke pkayen kabab main light brown colour ajaye to plate main nikal lain

    Phir parathey ke goondhe hue aate main se pera bana lain

  5. 5

    Aur parathey bail kar thodey thodey ghee main saikh lain

  6. 6

    Phir is main ye bni hui kabab rakhen

  7. 7

    Aur green chutney rakhen aur roll kar ke khayen onion ring bhi rakh sakte hai Mein ne sehri Mein bnaya is lye skip kya sham ki chai ke sath, eid main koi bhi ocassion mein ye roll bht hi ache lgte hai try zaroor krna hai yummy ♥️
