Ingredients

  1. 2 cupfresh spinach (palak) chopped
  2. 2 cupwheat flour
  3. 2 tbspcurd
  4. 2green chillies thinly chopped
  5. 1 tspgarlic paste
  6. 1 tbsginger paste
  7. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  8. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  9. 2 tspghee or butter
  10. As neededOil to deep fry
  11. 1 bowlcurd
  12. As neededSweet imli(tamarind) pulp
  13. 1/2 tspjeera (cumin)powder
  14. As neededSev for garnishing
  15. as neededchopped coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the spinach in sufficient amount of water, drain the whole water and grind the spinach to make a smooth paste.Combine the palak paste, wheat flour, salt, curd, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder and garam masala powder.

    Mix very well and add ghee.Mix all the ingredients very well and add some water to make a smooth dough.Cover the dough with muslin cloth and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.Knead the dough again just for a minute and divide into equal sized portions or balls.Roll out each ball into the disc of 4″-5″ in diameter.

    Heat enough oil in a pan and fry each of the puris from both sides until turns into nice, golden and crisp. For garnishing puri in plate add mashed potatoes and curd, chutney, jeera powder, red chilli powder, coriander and sev..... And most important added too much love 😊🙏
