Boil the potatoes.. peel it and chop evenly in small pieces. Add red chilli powder and salt to it. Bake the roti on tava or in oven. Press it slightly to make it crispy on the tava. Keep ready all the ingredients mentioned.

On a plate take one roti. Add pudhina chutney and red chilli chutney and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the tomatoes, onion,moong, cucumber and raw mango evenly on the Khakra.Drizzle some more chutneys on it and sprinkle some salt and chaat masala on it. Again add imli chutney to it and sprinkle sev on it. Garnish the khakra with coriander leaves and fried Dalia.

Similarly you can add beaten dahi and sprinkle sev and garnish with coriander leaves and fried dalia.
