  1. 1green onion, 1 red or green bell pepper, 2 cloves garlic, pepper, brandy,
  2. 1 cuptomato sauce
  3. 1 teaspoonpaprika, salt
  4. 2.2 poundspotatoes (about 1 kg)
  5. Extra virgin olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan, sauté the green onion, bell pepper, and garlic with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Once softened, add the brandy and let the alcohol evaporate. Then add the tomato sauce, pepper, and paprika. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes, then blend everything. Add Tabasco to taste, and your Brava sauce is ready.

    Peel the potatoes, cut them into large pieces, and fry them in plenty of oil until golden brown. Place them on a plate or serving dish, pour the Brava sauce over them, and enjoy 👌
