Ingredients

  2. 1/2 tbspred chilli flakes
  3. 2 tbspvinegar
  4. 1/2 tbspchilli sauce
  5. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  6. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  7. 1/2 tsporegano(optional)
  8. 1/2 tspwhite pepper
  9. 2and 1/2 tbsp cornflour
  10. 1/2 tspgram masala
  11. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  12. 3 tbspketchup
  13. Lemon juice as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Boiled the potatoes..do not over boiled.Cut it into your desired shape

    Mix all the above ingredients well

    Now add boiled potatoes amd mix it

    Heat the oil and fry on the high flame
