easily 5 person

1/2 tbspsalt
1/2 tbspred chilli flakes
2 tbspvinegar
1/2 tbspchilli sauce
1 tbspsoy sauce
1/2 tspchaat masala
1/2 tsporegano(optional)
1/2 tspwhite pepper
2and 1/2 tbsp cornflour
1/2 tspgram masala
1/2 tspblack pepper
3 tbspketchup
Lemon juice as required

Boiled the potatoes..do not over boiled.Cut it into your desired shape

Mix all the above ingredients well

Now add boiled potatoes amd mix it

Heat the oil and fry on the high flame
5

And serve with garlic mayo suace
