Heat 1 tbsp oil in nonstick add turmeric powder and saute for 30 seconds.

Combine refined flour and maize flour salt and turmeric oil in bowl and mix. Add some warm water and knead into a soft dough.

Heat sufficient oil in deep pan

Divide the dough into equal portions. place each portion on the worktop, drizzle some oil on the top of the dough. make it like roti and then place in taco shell tong and deep fry it both sides, Ready to serve with salsa and veggies and cheese.

For Salsa --
2 medium tomato finely chopped
1 onion chopped diced
1 clove garlic
1 green chilli
1 tsp lemon juice
pinch of sugar sugar
salt as per taste
puree the above than in a pan put some oil and fry it till thickens
let it cool then put in the freeze serve cold
