Ingredients

30+ 30 minutes
2-3 ppl
  • 3-4boiled mashed potatoes
  • 1 tspwhite pepper
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspchilli flakes
  • 1 tbspmix Italian herbs
  • 1/4 cupSweet Thai Chilli Sauce
  • Few sesame seeds
  • For frying Oil
  • Marination ingredients
  • 1Chicken fillet
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 1 tspMustard Sauce
  • 1 tbspPeri Peri Sauce
  • 1tbsp
  • To tasteSalt
  • PinchBlack pepper
  • For Coating:
  • 1/2 cupor as required All purpose flour
  • As required Orange Breadcrumbs
  • 2Eggs

Steps

30+ 30 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly marinate Chicken with all the marinated ingredients, rest for 1/2 an hour.

  2. 2

    Heat a pan with lil Oil, Grill marinated chicken on medium to high heat from both sides. Set aside

  3. 3

    When completely cool shredded chicken and mix with boil potatoes

  4. 4

    Add all the remaining seasoning (except sweet chilli sauce and sesame seeds)
    Mix it well and shape it as u like (I prefer finger or stick shaped)

  5. 5

    Firstly dust all in flour then in beaten egg and orange Bread Crumbs and repeat
    Rest for 1/2 an hour in freezer so all coating become set

  6. 6

    Shallow Fry on medium heat

  7. 7

    Lastly toss all the fried fingers in Sweet Thai chilli Sauce and sprinkle Sesame seeds

  8. 8

    Serves hot with Sauces and Salad
