  2. 2 tspSugar
  3. 1/2 tspblack salt
  4. 1 tsp ginger juice
  5. 1/4 tsproasted cumin
  6. as requiredmint leaves to garnish

  1. 1

    Wash and peel raw mangoes.

    Slice it and pressure cook for 5 mins.

    When cool blend it with sugar and salt.

    Add roasted cumin,ginger juice and chilled water.
