Ingredients

  1. Shawarma bread
  2. Chicken breast
  3. 4irish potato
  4. 3Scotch bonnet, 1 onion & 1 green pepper
  5. Seasonings & spices
  6. Shawarma sauce
  7. 3 tbspnvegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potato, wash, dice it & boil for 5mins. In a frying pan, add oil, seasonings, spices, grated scotch bonnet, chopped green pepper & fry for 3mins. Add fried shredded chicken breast.

    Spread the sauce onto the bread, add the fillings & roll.Enjoy.
