Steps

Soak pinto beans for at least an hour in water

Saute onions in some olive oil, add meat and brown

Add all spices and mix
- 4
Add beef stock, tomato puree, diced tomatoes and all beans (drain beans)
- 5
Simmer for at least an hour and pinto beans are at desired firmness and chilli is thick. Add more beef stock if too thick
