In a sauce pan add meat and a bit of water bring to a boil stirring to break lump's, cook on high heat to drain the water.. Add chilli,ginger n garlic paste, cook for 2 mins,add salt n pepper.

Add the onions and lemon juice and mix inn simmer on medium low heat for 5 mins. Turn off heat n let the filling cool.

Fill the samosa pockets with 1 tbsp of the meat filling then seal with flour n water glue.

Heat the oil on medium heat and fry samosa in batches,drain in a paper towel.

Serve warm......Find a nice spot and take a nice photo...
