Assemble all the ingredients.

Take Buttermilk in a container. Add besan, salt, red chilli powder, haldi. Mix with the help of a blender so that no lumps formation takes place.

Get the batter be of watery consistency. Microwave on Hi power for 3:30 minutes. Beat it with the help of a beater.

Grease your platform or plate and spread your khandvi batter on it and let it cool for 2 minutes.

Make cuts with the help of a knife. Roll your khandvi batter into rolls, making sure that each is of equal thickness.

Temper it and serve.

After garnishing it can be refrigerated for 2 hours and then can served chilled.
