Ingredients

4medium sized potatoes
1/2 cupoil
2green chillies, chopped
2 clovesgarlic, finely chopped
1onion finely chopped
1capsicum finally chopped
ForSpices--
1/4 tspred chilli powder
1/4 tspblack pepper powder
2 pinchred food colour (optional)
1 tbspchilli flakes (optional)
to tasteSalt
3 tbspsoya sauce
3 tbspred chilli sauce (optional)
3 tbspgreen chilli sauce (optional)
1 tbspvinegar
4 tbsptomato sauce
As required Coriander leaves for decorate

Chop all the vegetables.

Fry the potatoes.

Then add capsicum, onion, garlic and green chilli.

Then add all the spices to all the vegetables. Mix and saute well.

Then add all the sauces and cook it for few minutes. Serve hot.
