Ingredients

  • 4medium sized potatoes
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 2green chillies, chopped
  • 2 clovesgarlic, finely chopped
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1capsicum finally chopped
  • ForSpices--
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • 2 pinchred food colour (optional)
  • 1 tbspchilli flakes (optional)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3 tbspsoya sauce
  • 3 tbspred chilli sauce (optional)
  • 3 tbspgreen chilli sauce (optional)
  • 1 tbspvinegar
  • 4 tbsptomato sauce
  • As required Coriander leaves for decorate

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop all the vegetables.

  2. 2

    Fry the potatoes.

  3. 3

    Then add capsicum, onion, garlic and green chilli.

  4. 4

    Then add all the spices to all the vegetables. Mix and saute well.

  5. 5

    Then add all the sauces and cook it for few minutes. Serve hot.
