At first, grind the white part of the watermelon in the mixture and make a fine paste.

Then put the pan on has add ghee as we need then add 1 teaspoon besan,1 teaspoon semolina and mix it will stir up till it's colour changes to light brownish.

After that add watermelon paste in it, mix it well when it's colour will change then add sugar as much we required mix it well until all water will absorb from the paste add some milk in it, mix and absorb all the milk put it 5 min on low flame. After 5 min of the flame an ready to serve.
