Soke soya 1 hour in hot water after that drain it nicely and grind it, sabut coriander, sauf, cumin seeds, red mirch roasted it and grind it.

Chopped nicely onion, green chilli, ginger, garlic and Coriander leaves.

Mix gram flour and all the ingredients and make a tikki shape or kabab shapes.

Then roast it in a pan or deep fry as you wish and serve it with green chutney.
