First peel the raw mango and cut it into pcs. Now in a mixer add the raw mango, mustard seeds, green chiles, ginger salt and sugar.

Add mustard oil and make the paste. Now in a khadi add enough mustard oil. Then add the paste and cook it. Add the panchforn powder. Cook till oil starts floating on the top.

If you want to preserve it then add vinegar. Mix it well. Let it cool. Then put it in an airtight container. The amount of mustard oil should be more as it acts as a preservative.
