This is a very tasty and healthy Chutney prepared with roasted peanuts. I became a fan of this Chutney the moment I tasted. It can go well with Dosa, Idly and Pongal

Steps

Heat oil in a pan and dry roast the peanuts till it turned slightly browned.

In the same pan heat some oil and fry the cumin seeds, chopped onions, salt, red chilies, garlic pods and tamarind.

Let them cool completely with the Peanuts

Once everything cooled completely, grind them into a smooth paste by adding little water

In the same pan heat some oil and add the items under tamper and add it to the chutney
- 6
Peanut chutney is ready to serve
