Brown the butter over medium low heat until you see brown milk solids on the bottom. Then let the browned butter cool down before doing the next step to avoid greasy cookie.

Add the white and dark brown sugar on to the butter then mix. Once incorporated, add an egg.

Add vanilla, salt, and baking soda. Pour the baking soda over the vanilla extract so it can activate.

Add the All Purpose Flour and the chocolate chips. Mix until all is incorporated.

Bake over 180c for 10 to 12 mins.
