  • 2 poundsbeef brisket
  • 2carrots
  • 1onion
  • 1 packetspicy beef brisket sauce
  • 1 packetherbal spice mix
  • soy sauce to taste
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cuprice wine
  • 1 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the beef brisket into evenly sized chunks and blanch them clean.

    Cut the carrots and onion into small pieces.

    Place all the ingredients in a pot and add enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours. Enjoy! *Garnish with herbs from your garden for a nice touch.
