Ingredients

  1. 1 cupplain flour
  2. Halfcup sour dough starter
  3. 1 tea spoonbakin powder
  4. Halftea spoon salt
  5. 1 tea spoonoil
  6. 1 tea spoonsugar
  7. 1 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all togeather in a bowl & leave with damp cloth to prove for around 5-10 mins

  2. 2

    Pan fry I found doing at home in non stick pan temp 3 on electric cooker flip once risen a little & golden then serve

  3. 3

    I added honey, strawberries & blueberries 🥰
