Ingredients

1Big beetroot scrapped
1Big onion finely chopped
1green chilli
Pinchsalt
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1Small piece of ginger
1 spoonbesan flour
1 spoonrice flour

Steps

1

Cut, chop and scrape all veggies.

Take a bowl. Add all the ingredients
3

Heat oil in a pan. Drop the balls gently into the oil.
4

Do not add water, mix well make it balls.
5

Fry it deep. Serve with mayonnaise
