Wash the eggplants and slice them into rounds.

Wash the parsley and chop it finely. Finely chop the onions as well. Add the ground meat, spices, and a little oil, then mix everything together.

Grease a baking dish with oil. Shape some of the meat mixture into balls and alternate them with the eggplant slices in the dish. In a cup, mix the tomato paste with water, then pour it over the eggplant and meat. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.

Place the dish on the stovetop for 15 minutes, then preheat the oven and bake until golden brown.
