Mix the flour and butter until properly combined

Add milk as you continue kneading and obtain a clean dough

Let the dough rest for 15 minutes

Fry onions in a pan till golden brown then add garlic and chicken

Cook the chicken for about 2 minutes then add carrots and capsicum. Continue to cook for a minute

Add the spices and flour into the milk and mix them well before adding into the chicken

Cook for 2 minutes and set aside to cool

Roll out the dough into 1/2 cm thick and cut out equal circles using a cup/bowl

Place a spoon scoop of the cooled filling at the centre of each circle and fold the edges together

Seal the edged using a fork and arrange the pies on a greased baking tray.

Using a brush,glaze the pies with one beated egg

Bake the pies at 180c for 30 minutes

Set aside to cool and serve with your desired beverage.
