Aloo Gobhi ki Sbzi

In a wok (karahi) add oil,ginger garlic paste and onion.Fry until golden brown.

Add tomatoes and fry until tender (soft).

Add potatoes and cauliflower in the mixture.

Add all the spices except whole spice powder (garam masala) and mix well.

Add water and cook the vegetables for 6-8 minutes or until vegies become tender on medium flame.

Once the vegies become soft,sprinkle whole spice powder and coriander leaves and cook on low flame for 5 to 8 minutes or until oil separates.

Dish out in a platter and serve with chapati.
