In my case, in a leftover stew pot. Pour in lil oil and fry onion

Blend (bellpepper+chili+garlic+ onion) then pour in paste and fry.

Add in beef+beef stock

Then sliced scallion

Sausage cover and allow to cook on medium heat, stir at interval

On the other hand, slice jirjir leaves

Wash, sieve and set aside

Add in maggi cubes

Then groundnut paste, cook on low heat for 10mins

Finally add in jirjir and allow to steam for 2mins
