Ingredients

  1. 2 bagsgreen tea or black tea organic
  2. 1whole lemon
  3. 1/2ginger root
  4. 4mint leaves
  5. 4sage leafs
  6. 1 gallonwater
  7. 1/2 cuphoney
  8. 2cut up turmeric roots or turmeric powder
  9. 1/8 cupcayenne pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Bring water to a boil and add all items.

    Let it boil for 20 mins

  3. 3

    Steep for 5 mins afterwards and empty the contents into a big pitcher. Cool it in the fridge and drink three times a day.
